Bluefin Sushi & Ramen Arboretum

Ordered the Fire Bomb Ramen, Cajun Karaage, and Pink Frizz. Highly recommend all of them, the broth was rich and flavorful without being too salty. The toppings were all well balanced seasoning wise. Oddly the best menma I've had. Karaage had a nice bite, paired well with the dipping sauce, and was a generous portion. Nothing felt too expensive for the dishes we recieved. While the restaurant was busy the servers did well to leave us without need. Chefs made the dishes beautifully appetizing. Thank y'all for the great service!

Overall: 3.7/5 [takeout] We ordered on Ubereat for takeout. The food was nicely packaged and ready around the estimated time. Killer Beef Rib Ramen With Thick Noodles ($26.40) + Pork Chashu ($4): The creamy pork broth was good, though the bowl and toppings portions were on the smaller side. I loved the thick noodles. The beef rib was a decent size, but after heating it in the microwave for 30 seconds, it became so dry that we couldn't pull the meat off the bone. I'm not sure how that happened, but it was such a shame. On the other hand, the pork chashu were delicious! Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice ($15.40): This was tasty and unique. I had never seen strawberries paired with spicy tuna before, but it's a nice blend of sweet and savory. Avocado Bomb ($9.90): Yum, I love snow crab as it always

Absolutely thrilled that Bluefin opened up in northwest Austin! I was first introduced to Bluefin at their south Austin location but being a north atx girlie, never found myself there often. Look no more than seeing Bluefin and stumbling upon grand opening excitement, hubs and i had to do date night and take advantage of a buy one get one free BOGO offer that evening! We ordered ourselves a glass of wine and Sapporo on tap, both were amazingly priced, our bentos came with miso soup, tempura and our entree of an assortment of foods. So much noms and such great service on their A+ of opening crowds and volume. Can't wait to go back and support them, and abundant parking to boot, what's not to love?!

Sneaky hidden gem, some of the nicest and fastest service I've had in the Austin area. The food portions were large, had a great variety, and were very tasty. Highly recommend if you're craving Ramen, definitely want to come back for the sushi and other options.

Wow, am I happy this place opened it! I didn't expect food to be as good as it is. I've had both this their sushi and sashim plate and their lamb shank ramen and was pretty blown away by both. I do think marufuku has better ramen but i can walk to this place from work. The artistry of the cucumber and daikon carvings are gorgeous. And one things about the ramen that caught me off guard was that the texture of the meat felt more like goat than lamb but i love goat so i was a fan.
