Bluefin Eagleview

Not that they need my glowing review, since it appears that Bluefin is very popular and loved and for good reason! But this place is amazing! We came back in the summer but I’m finally getting around to review them! The sushi was so good and the Kani salad was fresh and different with the mango included. This was one of my favorite experiences in the area! The restaurant was clean and the staff were wonderful! The food was very very good! I will definitely be back!

New favorite sushi spot unlocked! 🍣✨ I’m picky about my sashimi, but everything here was 10/10 on freshness. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out on the best rolls in town Must try : sweet potatoe creme brûlée for dessert 🤤

Loved our experience at Bluefin, we took our 3 year old and she LOVED the miso soup and devoured her bowl of rice! We had the shrimp tempura app, salmon avocado roll and the “Noname III” roll which was SO good. The owners, chefs, staff were all friendly and accommodating, food was fresh and well paced. Will definitely be back!

Staff: welcoming, friendly, professional, accommodating. The sushi is ALWAYS fresh, the quality of their menu creations is over the top excellent. I have had sushi from many places in many cities over the years - I would rank Bluefin #1 without hesitation. This is truly a gem among the many local, regional and national spots I've been to. How fortunate we are to be so close to the best!

Amazing omakase 🍣 experience with my son on Mother’s Day at Blue Fin Eagleview. 14 courses with a variety of seafood, techniques, tastes!! James and his wife Sophia were lovely, informative and welcoming. We were spoiled and now my son has been back 3-4 times bringing friends who now know they don’t need to travel into all the way to Philly for a quality omakase experience. We have some of the best with Blue Fin right here in Chester County!
