I had an amazing experience at Blue Dolphin Sweets. From the moment I walked in, you can tell this place is something special. The owner, Steffan, is incredibly thoughtful, kind, and truly passionate about what he does. He’s a well-renowned pastry chef with years of experience, and it shows in every detail from the flavors to the presentation. Steffan is confident, creative, and ready to tackle any cake for any occasion, whether it’s a birthday, celebration, or something completely custom. You’re not just getting a dessert here you’re getting craftsmanship, care, and someone who genuinely wants your vision to come to life. I can’t recommend Blue Dolphin Sweets enough and will absolutely be coming back.

Small, hidden gem in Marmora. The owner was very friendly and helped us pick out some of his favorites; he even gave us a sample plate. The brownies, scones, and cakes were all delicious and home made. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area!

Stefan did an absolutely beautiful job on my birthday cake, I literally gasped when I saw it! Not only did it look absolutely gorgeous, it tastes incredible. Not overly sweet and perfectly moist. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

I stop by for a cupcake , I chose a red velvet cupcake which wasn’t red but pink. Im guessing there were no artificial added color, It was the best and the cream cheese frosting was just right not too sweet with a little tartness . I was also given some scones to sample even though they are not for me, I did taste high quality butter and ingredients

I needed a plater for a customer meeting, found this gem. The scones, danish and muffins were delicious and huge. The owner heated a blueberry muffin for me to enjoy on my way to the meeting, It was the best muffin I have ever had. I will be back very soon.
