Blue agave Mexican kitchen

Everything at this restaurant was phenominal. The backdrop from the dog-friendly patio is the Zion Mountains, gorgeous! He ordered a chimichanga (which my guy said was the best one he's had since 1984 🤣) and I had the steak fajitas which were amaaaazing. We also had margaritas, and they were to die for 🤤. Also, friendly & accommodating staff. Cannot recommend enough!

We entered Blue Agave famished from hiking all day. The food was so good and a perfect amount! Would highly recommend going here.

Food was great, atmosphere was great as well. the only downside was the wait. it was not busy at all but they only had one person doing everything herself, and she was killing it but that's unfair to her and they need to hire more staff to accommodate their patrons, having to wait 30 mins just to order drinks another 30 to order food and then another 30 just to pay because again, she was doing all those jobs herself, it took forever on a standard weekday. guys hire more staff!

The restaurant location is set in view of the vermillion cliffs, easy to access and well maintained. We had no wait to be seated. The facility is smaller but quaint. The staff greeted us and got us seated. Very inviting atmosphere. Delicious salsa and fresh chips. Shrimp tacos are the bomb and the rest of our food fantastic. Reasonably priced for the area. Great place to eat. Definitely going to go back again. Highly recommended!

Do not patronize this business! Unbelievable this place has a rating at all. We - a group of four, waited to be seated. After a very long wait. We seated ourselves. The only employee we noticed, was engaged in conversation with the only other person in the restaurant. She was absolutely oblivious to anyone or anything else. After trying to get her attention, we all walked out. So disrespectful! Good for them - that business is so good, they can turn people away - with no one else in the restaurant. Absolutely terrible!!
