Blu Spoon Frozen Yogurt

I stopped into Blue Spoon for a little yogurt and was pleasantly surprised — it tasted wonderful! The owner shared the challenges they’ve been having with their machine, and honestly, their attitude through it all was amazing. It was my first time in and I didn’t have enough cash, and she just smiled and said, “No problem, go ahead and enjoy. It’s your first time.” Such kindness is rare these days. Very, very nice people and truly the best customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a response to a previous review from a few weeks ago. I would like to start off by saying thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. During your visit, we were unfortunately experiencing unexpected maintenance issues that limited our available flavors. While frustrating, that this helped us. We have learned how to better anticipate and plan for these situations moving forward. Our toppings are sourced from both local retailers and warehouses based on availability and customer requests, and they are rotated regularly. While I respectfully disagree regarding cleanliness, I take all feedback seriously and will continue to review our procedures to ensure the best possible experience. We are also transitioning into a new chapter and will be closing our storefront sooner than

Great place and great frozen yogurt! A great place to take the family after a hot day or even a rainy day just to get out of the house. They have an assortment of flavors and toppings, more toppings than any froyo place I've been to. The owner is so sweet and inviting and really adds to the family atmosphere. If you're ever craving some from and your arpund, look no further than here!

I honestly don’t understand how this ice cream shop is still open. It used to be great, but the quality has gone way downhill. There were only a few flavors available, the place looked run-down, dark, and unclean, and the toppings were stale and unappetizing. It felt like everything came straight from a grocery store container—cookie dough, Pop-Tarts, vanilla wafers as toppings? It was really disappointing and honestly unsanitary. Not at all what it used to be.

Very nice place with about a dozen flavors including sugar free. unlimited toppings-not weighed just by cup size! lots of discounts too. Employee was friendly and helpful.
