I ate here a few times. The food is decent compared to Indian restaurants I had, but I also had the realllly good spots in NYC so it’s hard to compare. The dine-in experience is not really good. They bring it out in takeout and don’t really care to make it homely feel to it. It’s efficient for sure cause you may not finish and you can just pack and go. This is more of a takeout spot than a dine-in experience.
I've ordered Indian food all over this country and this place is superb! I ordered the samosa chat and gulab Jamun. Both standard Indian cuisine but these were special. The gulab in particular was extra delicious. I will be back for sure Edit. I had to go back in for a lassi. It was just as amazing
I was curious about this place because they have menu items you don’t typically see at Pakistani restaurants. Chicken Cholay, Adana kebab, chicken tikka biryani and cheese naan which is more of a sauceless pizza. The atmosphere is fine- pretty dark and I probably wouldn’t eat inside. Service is fine too- very straightforward. ‘You called for takeaway? Name? Here is your bag, tap your card here. Goodbye’. As for the food- The adana kabob was absolutely delicious- star of the show. The cheese naan was good, just very heavy for me personally. The chicken tikka biryani was a complete miss. The chicken texture was almost like it had been microwaved with how rubbery it was. The chicken cholay was good but bland- nothing to write home about or try again. I also tried the regular chicken biryan
Took the family out to Bloom's Naan House. We tried the Falafel for an appetizer, Palak Chicken, Chiken Qorma, and my kiddo had chicken tendrs and Fries. We also had a side of cheese Naan. So delicious, and made for an excellent meal.
While visiting Bloomsburg last summer, we ordered the butter chicken, cheese naan, and chicken biryani, and it was so good, we went back the next day for more. While visiting this summer, however, the butter chicken was very spicy even though we ordered mild, and seemed more oily and less fresh as we remembered it from last summer. We ordered extra rice this year because we had thought we would want to soak up all the butter chicken sauce and enjoy every last bit, but ended up not wanting to eat the extra sauce at all. The cheese naan was very good.
