Bloomington Branch Library

I had such a great experience at the Bloomington Branch Library. The manager, Mr. Dominic, was incredibly informative and welcoming from the moment we walked in. My son is usually very shy, but Mr. Dominic made him feel so comfortable that he completely came out of his shell. Now he always asks to visit “Mr. Dominic” whenever we go to the library. The branch itself is always clean, organized, and inviting. You can tell the staff truly care about their community. We’re grateful to have such a wonderful library so close to home. Highly recommend!

This little library is great except for the rude older lady with the all white hair she NEEDS to do everyone a favor and retire. She’s always like in a bad mood like lady don’t bring that nonsense where there is children.

Rude customer service the lady at the front with curly hair and glasses has no customer service skills at alll she litterly kicked me and my son out the last hour that we were there u guys close at 7 not 30 mins before I understand she hates her job but closing time is at 7 mamaaaaa not630 she kept eye hawking us making us. Feeel very uncomfortable

Lady at the front was so nice helping me with beanstack and uploading the library app. She was so nice to my son. My son loves to read. We usually go to Kaiser library but this one is nice as well. Thank you

I have moved several times because of school and visited so many different libraries. This one is definitely a favorite. Super clean, friendly staff, never crowded. The private study rooms are perfect with a white board and floor to ceiling window for natural sunlight. You are allotted one hour, but I am usually able to stay longer because of the lack of people requesting them. 11/10 recommend.
