Blooming Flowers & Gifts

I recently had surgery and my niece (who lives in Oregon) used this florist to send me an arrangement. Worst floral arrangement I’ve ever received. My husband even commented that the flowers looked “old”. Roses all lumped together, no design or arrangement. My niece was definitely overcharged for this sorry looking arrangement. Supposed to be open at 10, no answer and a voicemail that’s not set up. What a business.

Jackie is an awesome person. After ordering flower yesterday from an 800 flower service, who screwed up everything about my order, and their horrible Customer Service.... I did it MYSELF! BLOOMING Flowers and gifts of El Monte went beyond my wildest expectations! They built and deliver a new order in less than 20 minutes. Don't buy flowers via a broker, unless you're prepared for disappointment. Thank you Jackie, your team are champions!

I havent been so impressed and satisfied with my purchase today , I found myself in a desperation in finding a bouteneer for my grandsons prom , for the next day . No tuxedo or flower shops near me were abel to help...I was losing my hope. On my way home from Arcadia I saw the flower shop and I decided to stop...as I walked in the aroma of fresh flowers was amazing ...and the arraingments were so beautiful and fresh the young lady that helped me she was amazing and very understanding of my urgency..she went to ask the flower arrainment person in back if they would be abel to help , and she did!! Very friendly manner she sat and made my red rose with black ribbon and babies breath ..in less than 10 mins. It was beutiful... I will be returning back to that flower shop as often as I can to

WARNING do not order from this shop. They are very unprofessional. The flowers we ordered for my Dad's Funeral were 30 minutes late. We bought three standing wreaths which one was delivered with NO STAND! On the ribbons that go across the wreaths they spelled Grandpa like this GRANPA, and spelled Husband like this HUSBAN. REALLY?? The letter's looked sloppy and were not the kind of letter's we choose the day we placed the order. We choose a font that was supposed to be used with a stencil. Not sloppy glitter letter's that looked like it was done in a hurry. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place especially for a Funeral, Wedding or any kind of a special event.
