My elderly mom was having a hard time getting a notary WITH witness to sign her living will. She tried her bank (among other options) and it didn't work out. So many businesses had one thing, but not the other. You need both a notary AND two witnesses (who meet certain qualifications) in order to avoid a will being contested in court.
