Blended Health & Smoothie Bar

Recently stopped in Blended to grab a healthy smoothie after a walk. My smoothie was delicious and I got to meet some of the staff! They were all so welcoming and friendly. I don’t live in the area any longer, but I will be sure to make my way back to visit and support them ❤️

Went to this place for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I walked in and was immediately impressed by the overall vibe. It was super cute and calm. Staff was super friendly and I loved how conscious they were of allergies. I got a pitaya bowl which was pretty good. The base didn’t have a ton of flavor but it was still good. Slightly pricey but definitely recommend for a fun treat or meal!

It’s located in a small strip mall next to a kbbq restaurant. The shop is bigger than it looks from the outside. The owner I believe welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Parking was easy. They do have some seating but it can be limited depending on the number of people walking in. When we first arrived, there were only a few people. By the time we left, a lot more people showed up. I bought a 20 oz McDexter shamrock smoothie. It was delicious. It has banana, vanilla plant protein, coconut milk, peppermint extract, spirulina, and cocoa nibs. Prices were fair. They also sell snacks and breakfast. I do wish the hours were extended on the weekends.

I wish I had the option to give more than 5 🌟, because this place deserves it. From the quality of foods, to the attention to detail for the service and products, this place is top notch for those that care about ingredients (everyone should) and allergens. I've stopped here during a flight delay and came back next time I had the chance. Can't go wrong with any of the smoothies or bowls. I added spinach to my berries smoothie. I also had the banana bread waffles (gluten free and dairy free) with strawberry, chocolate and honey drizzle. Yum! They have a meal prep service for those that need that and will have some meals on hand to grab. Delicious smoothies, bowls, and the egg white bites were amazing!! Great little find as I often take a spin class nearby and want something healthy and high-protein for my drive back home. While yes a little pricey, it’s unfortunately the way things are now and businesses have to stay afloat somehow. I’d rather spend an extra few dollars knowing I’m supporting small & local vs. a big corporate chain! Will be back for sure!
