Blaze Pizza

I decided to treat myself and my friends to Blaze Pizza for a Victoria's Secret Fashion Show watch party, but unfortunately the experience really put a damper on our night. When we started eating, we all noticed a strange burnt taste - and upon checking, realized the entire bottom of the pizza was burnt. Every slice had the same issue. I even tried to salvage a piece by peeling off the bottom of the crust to make it somewhat edible, but the rest of the pizza was still sitting in my fridge untouched. I reached out to management via email to share my concern. They initially offered me a free pizza, but as I explained, I didn't feel comfortable accepting another one after this experience. They can’t follow a simple instruction. I ordered deliver for goddess salad with no olives and unions with side dressing. Got my delivery with my salad with olives and unions and no side dressing or you can even say no dresssing at all. What give options with they can’t even follow the instructions.

I didn't have any expectations about this place. I had blazed bbq pizza, the portion was enough for the stomach to feel full without any waste. The taste was good. The only downside might be that it was crowded in the store (but that might vary depends on the hour).

The workers here are very sweet. They’re very welcoming and kind. They make sure that your order is what you asked for. I highly recommend this place.

Pizza was so delicious, staff was friendly and generous. Kim who was my cashier was the BEST, so sufficient and upbeat ! I appreciated his service and he definitely went above and beyond . I hope he stays at this location , very polite worker and communication skills is superb, he made my first experience here great and put the perfect amount of sauce on my pizza . His service 10/10
