Blawenburg Bistro is an absolute gem! Nestled in a cozy, small-town setting, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. I especially loved the chicken pesto sandwich—perfectly grilled and packed with deliciousness—and the avocado toast, which was hands-down the best I’ve had anywhere. Their menu features a great variety of sandwiches, salads, and breakfast options, all reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, smiling, and genuinely attentive, adding to the pleasant vibe of the place. Spent a lovely afternoon here and can’t wait to return!

The best place I've ever seen. The cozy and comfy atmosphere and nice sandwiches made the cold winter days warmer. We ordered chicken sandwich and curry chicken sandwich they both were amazing. Definitely will come back ❤️

Blawenburg Bistro catered our son/future daughter-law’s engagement celebration this past weekend at a beautiful elegantly rustic venue in Hunterdon County. The affair included an early evening dinner for 50+ guests and the menu Jennifer helped us curate was delicious, perfect and plentiful with the pricing right on point. Jennifer and Team were amazing, making sure everything was taken care of for us. We literally had to oversee nothing which made for an especially relaxed event! Jennifer and her Team are caring, experienced and wonderful to work with; we look forward to future event planning with Blawenburg Bistro! Thank you again!

Blawenburg bistro has THE BEST chai (I get with lavender) I’ve ever had. Amazingly spiced while being balanced with sweet… I literally have withdrawals from it. (The food is also excellent specifically the croque madam.) But if you want a drink you’ll almost want to turn your car around and get two more, go here.

Blawenburg Bistro is more than just a sweet corner cafe. They offer some really amazing plates that can fill you up as well as delicious baked goods that sell out quickly because of how amazing they are. I swear theirs is the best blueberry muffin I’ve ever had!!! I went in to try their newest items, the persimmon vanilla scone and the gochujang scallion and sesame biscuit. My friends and I were able to get them fresh out of the oven and I can’t stop thinking about them. The persimmon vanilla scone was warm, buttery and sweet and tasted exactly how it smelled. I was most excited about the biscuit. The gochujang brings only the tiniest but perfect amount of heat to complement the scallions in the biscuit. We turned it into a brunch by ordering their avocado toast which was also excellent. I
