Blanc Coffee Roasters

First of all, they have a very nice Slayer espresso machine, and they know how to use it! No nonsense, just quality espresso and proper milk steaming. Nice place too. If we’d had time for a second round I’d have tried the Mexican Mocha. My colleague is a matcha guy, so he got that. Also well done. Y’all keep up the good work!

Cute coffee spot. The barista was super helpful since I visited New Years weekend and they didn’t have the coffee beans I wanted for my pour over and she was freshly roasting some. She provided some good options and the Cafe au lait was so smooth that I actually savored it as long as I could on my drive to DC. Ohh.. when I asked is she had honey she added it to my milk before she steamed it 🥰. My sons had a Mexican Mocca which he said was the best one he’s had.. he loves Mochas. My son had a London fog and when I went to add sugar the Barista explained she added vanilla to it. He loved it as well. This is a great cafe stop for people who are serious about their coffee and the coffee newbie.

I have been looking for a good coffee shop in the area for months. Saturday morning I gave Blanc a try. Absolutely my new favorite. We tried four different drinks. Very impressed with all of them. Quality was amazing, the art on top was a loved extra touch, service was awesome, and the seating area was perfect. Good spot to relax, read a book, get some work done, hang out with a friend, and they even had a little kid area.

We're lucky to have a bunch of little local coffee shops here in Fay but their coffee stands out! It is very flavorful, and they serve it in real ceramic mugs (no plastic from paper coating is getting to your latte :)They also have great tea. The only thing I'd wish to improve is ability to easier pay cash.
