You will wait 30 minutes in the drive thru and still not get your food. Do not go here. It happens every single time. Only one car in front of us and we’ve been waiting 22 minutes to move forward.

The burger was thin and dry. They were out of Pepsi in the soda machine. The lettuce, tomato and onion on the burger were plentiful. Interesting little fact: single ply toilet paper in the bathroom.

First stop in NM, hit the spot. Kind and helpful staff. They took the time to make sure the fritos were gluten free before I ordered my frito pie, and they were!

After 35 minutes, instead of addressing why our order was skipped, we were asked if we wanted a refund instead of just making our food. Then the manager told me to quit arguing (when the employee was doing the arguing) and to quit being rude. Will NEVER return here!

The crew work New Year's eve this morning didn't seem to care. The crew didn't notify us that the fryer was down so we didn't get the French fries we ordered, the burger was cold, the Breakfast burritos were missing the chilis and missing the side of Chili sauce we asked for as well. The hash browns didn't taste good either. This is not normal for this location and management needs to be aware of the Service and Food being served here. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope you can fix these issues and hope more customers don't get the same food and service we received or you will see less business in this economic climate. Restaurants like these need to thrive and bad service and food will only make it worse.
