Blacktop Bistro

My wife and I went here and had a really good experience. The hot dogs and hamburgers are great, and the owner of the food truck is awesome and fun. The porch that the food truck is connected to is a great place to sit and eat. It's really like eating at an outdoor restaurant.

I work in hospitality and a true foodie. This place is new venue to the area and absolutely an amazing place already. The owner of the Blactop Bistro personality is infectious and you will be laughing or smiling the entire time you are there. I tried her special of the day Turkey, Cranberry and Pear Panini. I could probably eat this everyday it's that yummy. My wife had the South of the Border Grill Cheese. Gooey Melted Cheeses and Jalapeños. Was not overpowering with just enough spicy to know it was there. She almost purchased a second one for the road. She really knows how to take unique flavors and make it delicious. I know I am stopping here every time I am here. Once you try it, you will feel the same way I do. It will be your destination stop.

Chef Corinne is SOOOO talented and I am so thankful she happily shares her food with her community! Everything has been DELICIOUS and always a FUN vibe wherever Blacktop Bistro parks. Great food, fun vibe and GREAT VALUE!!!! If you have Blacktop Bistro at your event - it's a crowd pleaser!

Food truck was late to neighborhood event. Somehow got lost? They quoted me 5 minutes and 30 minutes later they gave it to someone else. Once I got my food from the incorrect person I realized they didn’t make my daughters food. Had to wait longer to get that. Food was extremely greasy. As in a puddle of grease. For some reason my daughters burger was sweet? I was excited for the Fall in Love grilled cheese but unfortunately it was drowning in blackberry jam.
