Black Rock Coffee Bar

After having a less than satisfactory experience at another location, I decided to give this location a try and I’m glad that I did. The quality of my drink was great. The customer service was good and I most likely will return in the future. The iced caramel blondie was delicious!

I love blackrock and will always get it as my choice of coffee but this location slacks when it comes to deliveries. About 70% of the time when I order coffee it is always sent without straws which is super inconvenient. It’s such a small thing that I don’t understand how it is forgotten about. Considering both drinks I order never have a sip lid and most drinks you need a straw to drink it just comes off as lazy. Nonetheless I will continue to order coffee but maybe an urgency to not forget the one thing you need to actually drink your drink would be nice.

Black Rock has always been my coffee place of choice. Anyone you ask can tell you that and so much so that I buy their beans for home use in my espresso machine. They have nice big sizes that last me hours and their coffee just tastes good. However my last 3 trips to BR have been disappointing to say the least. All 3 times (spread across a month time span and at 2 separate locations) they have been out of my first seasonal choice. The first time no pumpkin spice, the 2nd time no peppermint mocha, and today no eggnog latte. Be prepared for these seasonal options running out is just plain silly. My husband is now in line at Better Buzz instead, I've been hankering for an eggnog latte for weeks so no substitution was gonna fly today. Do better Black Rock, incidentally all these issues seemed

Honestly really disappointed with the service I received today in Black Rock as a whole. I’ve noticed a pattern where the Baristas are honestly not attentive and they want to get you out of the drive thru line as soon as possible and disregard your concerns. I went to the Black Rock in Tolleson and they made my drink incorrect and they even typed it in wrong and I verified my order again at the window and it was still incorrect when I received it. I ended up just leaving because it was frustrating and I went to another Black Rock location on Dysart since it was on my way home. I tried to express my concern at the window that the other location made my drink incorrect and the barista at the window disregarded it and asked for my phone number for rewards and asked if I wanted to pay cash or
