Wow! They literally ignore you at the walk up window!!! I stood in the rain and watched 15 cars get served, then there was nobody in line at all, and they still looked at me, and ignored me! I will never goto this black rock again. Its a shame, they used to have great friendly staff. Go right down the road to The Human Bean. They are friendly, have great coffee, and actually care about their customers.

Ordered a Chai Tea. Cup smelled like coffee and my drink tasted like coffee. I DO NOT like coffee. Went right back and they made another Chai tea for me, but same thing. I will not be back to this location!

Great coffee, quick service, and wonderful staff. Friendly & always sparked up a quick conversation while I visited. Sad to not have one in Seattle!

I recently tried the new breakfast burrito and found it to be quite disappointing. The tortilla was mushy and overly wet, making it difficult to handle without it falling apart. I experienced trouble lifting it out of the foil wrapping without the contents spilling out. On a positive note, the coffee was excellent; however, there is definitely room for improvement in the food quality.

We recently moved here from Vermont in April, and we discovered this wonderful chain. I have been very excited about the food, drinks and service. I started working in Clackamas OR and this location is really close to my work. It was outstanding service until about 2 weeks ago. I like to order a Bagel and I ask them to put the cream cheese on it, because i'm in dress clothes for work and it makes a mess. I also tip them because they go out of their way. The last 3 times (2 weeks) They have refused to accomadate my request. so I take the bagel off my order completely.I finally gave up going. I miss the 2 summer girls who didnt bat an eye, however they are gone for the winter. I just jump over to Panera or Mcdonalds now. Neither as good, but I don't have time to do 2 stops. I feel like this
