BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I understand that it was a busy Saturday evening; however, the quality of service was disappointing from the start. Our server, Samaria, had barely finished taking my partner’s and my order before beginning to enter it, which made the interaction feel rushed and inattentive. While the appetizers were the most satisfactory part of the meal, they were still overcooked and had become cold by the time they reached our table. Unfortunately, the main courses were also disappointing. The steak, which was ordered rare, arrived well done and was dry. The salmon, served with spinach couscous, was overcooked and unappetizing. The crispy jalapeño burger was likewise overcooked. Additionally, we requested silverware but did not receive it until approximately ten minutes later. By that time, our meals

Jasmine was very friendly and informative. My husband and I had lunch here and the food was really good. My husband had the salmon dinner and I had the Italian Chicken Parmesan/spaghetti.

After a 45 minute wait to get our late-lunch, the Deep Dish Pizza was really good. The food was lukewarm upon delivery. They kind of forgot about the appetizer we ordered, but they did find it, and verified that we still wanted it, and gave it to us free of charge. They apologized several times and I appreciate they honored the no-charge, which was good customer service; I brought most of it home. Chips were broken, like from the bottom of the bag, so they wouldn't have done the cheese dip much good, but it was cold, so didn't matter. It was an usually busy day. I think the contributing factor was "shift change"; at the time we were sitting there, and waiting. We could see the cooks and chef staff leaving, so I think that transition time caused the disruption with longer than normal

This was my first time at the restaurant. The manager Bria was very nice. As soon my friend and I walked in she saw us and immediately came over and acknowledged us. She made us feel welcome with her warm spirit. We ordered the fried couscous Mac and cheese balls 10/10. Then I had the honey BBQ bone in wings 10/10 and side of fries 10/10 with an orange cream float 10/10 (never heard of such a thing at a restaurant). Our server Jasmine was amazing. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

We ordered the boneless wings, Asian, house salad, smash burger and Mediterranean chicken tacos. The food was prepared well available fast and tasted very good! We even had the mini pizookie, chocolate chip and that was very delicious. The atmosphere is fine, the lighting is just really dim so seeing the menu was a bit of the strain for our eyes, but overall would return when in the area again.
