So the location may not seem all that great. However, we ordered our 35th wedding anniversary cake. The cake was fabulous!, great taste, decorations were very nice. Amy who took the order was so pleasing and easy to work with. If all orders are fulfilled like this, I definitely would recommend this Dominican bakery 😋

I went and ordered my mother's cake for July and everything was great. But when I referred my sister so she can get my birthday cake there they were rude and spelled my name wrong on the cake I am very disappointed. Customer service goes a long way and they failed.

0/5 stars if i could. Horrible customer service, I felt like I was bothering them anytime we communicated. Then it was late, I asked for it to be ready at 3pm it wasn’t ready until 3:45 pm. Then they forgot to write what I asked for and claimed I didn’t, I then showed them my message where I asked and they wrote it with incorrect spelling and added the “” from the message I wanted. Then once it was time to eat the cake it was dry. On top of all of this they overcharged me. HORRIBLE experience never going back here again and don’t ever order from here!!!!

Walked in with my family for my sisters birthday and the lady in the front was very rude. We asked her how big the cake was and for how many people and she tried charging me 100 dollars for a cake of 10-12 people. She was very rude to my mom and it felt like we were bothering her with every question. She proceeds to tell the baker to make the cake although we never mentioned to want the cake and gets irritated with us when we said we don’t want the cake. As we leave she tells us to never come back. Very rude and horrible customer service.

The best Dominican cake in town. Not to make spots in Passaic that sell Dominican cake anymore and this one was perfect!
