This place is so awesome by far a delicious combination fusion, it's a mixture of Guyanese meets Spanish. Very flavorful I had the Jerk Chicken Empanadas before and the Fusion Bowl. I only had this 2x not even disappointed. I plan trying other food from here..🤤 Great food for a great price plus I like this cute little area here in Milltown.

I found this place on Yelp and after reading some reviews I thought I'd give it a try. I got the jerk chicken and chicken tikka empanadas. They were sooo good! My daughters had a chicken tikka burrito and a quesadilla. All of the food was great and the flavors were very authentic. The owners were very nice and even gave us some extra food to try since they were closing. I will definitely come back here. I want to try the other empanada flavors.

First it’s difficult to get to, had to get buzzed into a parking garage, and then buzzed into the tower through intercom with security. But worse of all they burnt the empanadas, they taste burnt, now I’m stopping somewhere else to buy lunch after all the hassle to get them.

I have ordered the chicken tikka empanadas and other types of empanadas from the Bites and Bowls food truck at least twenty times over the past years, and I can genuinely say they are top quality every time. Other empanadas from food trucks in the area are cold in the middle or lack filling. Bites and Bowls is fairly priced, their empanadas are fresh and hot all the way through, and they are generously sized and filled. The gentleman running the truck is always courteous and serves orders with a smile. I wish the food truck went to more locations. It is worth standing in line for these empanadas. Simply superb, 10/10.

The cafe is inside an office building and can be difficult to find for someone who does not work in that building. The food was good, however, the advertising online confused me because it looks like it was Mexican food (which they have) but they have mostly other items, like salads, sandwiches, and more. The menu and marketing is definitely a little confusing but overall good food and prices.
