Bistro Eloise - French Restaurant

I came across Bistro Éloise while searching for a place nearby, and I’m really glad I did. It’s in a shopping area with plenty of parking, which made things easy. I loved the décor and the lively atmosphere. The host was friendly and welcoming, and we were seated right away. I was definitely glad I made reservations because the place was packed. Service was a little slow, possibly because they were short-staffed, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The escargot, French bread, and beef bourguignon were delicious and well worth it. I’d happily go back.

The place while intimate is also open and airy. The escargot and beef bourguignon is really good. The portion sizes are New York sized which is great. The bread was amazing as well. We will be back to try the octopus, butternut squash soup, steak and frites, and creme brulee. Crowd is a mixture of families, couples, individuals, and friends. The outdoor area is enclosed so there is room there as well. For a Monday night the place was hopping so you should make reservations.

Such a cozy restaurant with a warm welcome. Everything we ate was delicious, and the staff's hospitality was outstanding. Can't wait to come back!

We chose this place to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and, while the food was very good, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations. I made a reservation in advance and specifically mentioned that it was a special anniversary night, hoping for a bit of attention to detail. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were seated at a regular table with no special setup or decoration. Service was slow at the beginning — it took around 10 minutes for someone to approach us, and an additional 10–15 minutes to receive the champagne we had ordered. The server also came across as a bit rude at first, which immediately lowered our expectations for the night. That said, the food was genuinely good.
