Bistro 300

I ordered breakfast here. Decor- The hotel decor is bland here, but they did a nice job keeping the eating area away from the high ceilings and the glass roof so as to keep the sound from being boomy and Private conversations stay private. The "boomy" area floor is covered with gravel and a simulated water theme to absorb sound. I was impressed with this. Service- Penny, my server was excellent. she made me feel right at home. I was the first one there. And she was quite attentive even after others started to arrive. Food - Food was decent .... I came here because of my 3 favorite breakfast options. Oatmeal w banana. Avocado toast. English muffin w peanut butter. I was impressed that the oatmeal had all the fixings on the side, so you had control of the portions. The fruit

Chill spot in the hotel. Open till 9 when I was there. Food was good and the place was nice since it is open and you can see the hotel from your seat. Bar seating, high tops and tables. Easy and worthwhile if you're in the hotel.

Can’t describe the absolute mismanagement. Willie our server was great but was put against terrible management. We waited over an hour for food after we ordered. This place is horrible should just tell customers they’re not going to get food. You’re better off door dashing your food and bringing it to your table. Management should be fired. Willie is the best.

More than just a "hotel restaurant," Bistro 300 boasts a friendly and attentive wait staff and top-notch cuisine. I ate here twice during my 5-day stay, and both meals were outstanding! From the crab cakes to the avocado toast, it was all wonderful and not much more expensive than surrounding free-standing restaurants. The convenience makes it well worth it.

The highlight of our visit to Baltimore. All the food was perfectly spiced, not overwhelming, but enhancing. Crab cakes, filled with, surprise!, crab! Catfish fish and chips. A remoulade to never forget. Pretzel sticks, warm and soft, with a wonderful cheese sauce. Our server, Sosha, was friendly, sweet, quick to serve, and accommodating substitutions. A very memorable meal. I fully recommend this bistro.
