Bismarck Veterans Memorial Library

This is such a spacious, clean, quiet comfortable library. It offers everything you could want for studying ... computer stations, tables to spread out your study books, printers, etc. And, of course, books galore! Also, or has a coffee/ treat shop on the premises! Now that's combining the best of both worlds ... coffee and books!!

Since I started classes at United tribes I have been spending a lot of time at the local library. I like the tiny coffee shop and the staff is always most helpful! U do the community a great good and I thank u!

Friendly staff at the information desk. They let me take books that I hadn't checked out yet to the coffee shop inside to read. The fact that the library has a coffee shop is a bonus.

I have been coming here for many years. I used to absolutely love coming here But now there's nowhere to sit because homeless people Take all the chairs and tables. They are loud and trash the place and the staff do nothing about it It's no longer a family friendly place either so they might as well, just turn it into another shelter, shady stuff going on all over the place. There's a guy that sits by the café and plays live video games talking very loudly on a headset everyday , people reek like alcohol, or Smell like pot and they don't do anything about it, I watched the security gal walk by him a dozen times and do nothing this is supposed to be a quiet place. Not to mention the staff are very rude too. Very disappointing that this library has become such joke.

No restrooms for trans and gender non-conforming people. Everything else is great!
