Biscuits & Brew

Warm welcome and good coffee. Seating has something to be desired but plenty of seats to choose from. The smells coming from the kitchen keeps you anticipating for what's coming to your table. The menu is simple and affordable. The detail of all the dishes is very understandable and no guessing what surprises you might stumble on. The staff is very warm and friendly. I had the breakfast quesadilla which came out quickly and tasted delicious. The hash browns were crispy. Overall a good breakfast for the budget. My meal came to $12 as well. Definitely would check it out if you're looking for a quick meal.

Service is great, no issues there. Food could be amazing due to the flavor; it's well put together, but unfortunately, they need someone experienced as a chef to cook this menu. Food is cold and underwhelming. You can tell this chef is in over their head. Burnt toast, smushed cheap bread, overcooked eggs with undercooked veggies inside the omelet. Also, the grill is dirty; the signs of the dirty grill are on the food that's served. Suggestions: replace the chef with someone who cares and knows what they're doing, and you'll have success. If you don't have great first impressions in your first year, you won't succeed. Do it ASAP, before the ship sinks!

My wife and I wanted to try a new place to eat and we were not disappointed! Give them a shot!

We had a wonderful breakfast at reasonable prices. Service was exceptional. Maria was efficient yet friendly. I particularly liked how she thanked the cook when retrieving the orders from the window. Food was served hot and coffee was plentiful. It's a bit of a drive down Apple Ave from the expressway but well worth the few extra miles. Also, they have a facebook page. We will be back.

This is not a well oiled machine yet but overall the service and food were excellent during my visit. The wait was reasonable. Their biscuits are delicious! Will be back soon to try the biscuits and gravy
