Birriería Diaz

Was my first time at Birrieria Diaz, I got invited by a friend that uses to eat there and I was impressive, easy access, fast service, really good food and great price. I was with some friends that like me was trying for the first time and eveeybody loved the food, I am going to return with my family.

Birrieria Diaz is an exceptional Mexican restaurant that truly delivers authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere. Their Parillada is a standout dish—an impressive mixed grill featuring perfectly cooked meats bursting with rich, smoky flavors. The portion is generous and ideal for sharing. The quality and freshness of the ingredients shine through every bite. Alongside the Parillada, their signature Birria is a must-try, hearty and meaty with a spectacular consommé that elevates the whole experience. The service is friendly and attentive, making you feel valued as a guest. Prices are very reasonable for the quality offered, and the casual, family-owned vibe adds to the charm. Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine Mexican cuisine in Bethany!

Mid Flavor and no Heat I had the Birriera taco because it’s their specialty. Also, while I’ve made them at home I haven’t seen one at a restaurant. For some variation I had a chicken taco and rice and beans to go with lunch. Nothis was spectacular and the chicken taco was dry and devoid of flavor. That’s not true. The homemade taco shell had more flavor than the chicken. The birriera taco was…ok. Not a lot of flavor and zero heat. I honestly think if you like boring Mexican food and you’re afraid of heat and maybe flavor is a bit too much for you then this is probably gonna be a great Mexican place for you to go to. On the other hand if you enjoy honest, Mexican flavor and a little bit of spice on your food. You should probably give this place a pass.

Really delicious and authentic! High quality ingredients were used and I could tell the salsa was made fresh, not poured out of a can. This is the real deal and I highly recommend! They’re so nice, too.
