Birrieria Rancho Viejo

I stopped by for lunch because of the good reviews and I was NOT disappointed, birria was soo good! My coworker got the asada and birria tacos and he said it was loved it too. This is our new lunch stop when in Laton. Update: came by for lunch today, 9-2-2025, the owner recommended we try the birria eggrolls...I was intrigued. So I tried them, they were so good! Food was great again, the chef is always on point! Must have when in Laton 💯. The wife makes me bring her food home when I come eat here.

The food here is amazing! Doesn’t matter what I get, they don’t miss. Birria there is amazing whether it’s a in quesa taco, burrito or quesadilla etc. Today I picked up a shrimp burrito and I was mind blown how good it was! Glad it’s on my way home from work. Highly recommend.

The food here is absolutely amazing—full of flavor and incredibly satisfying! The staff were kind, respectful, and made the experience even better. I highly recommend trying the 3 birria tacos with consommé—they’re freshly made, perfectly seasoned, and have that satisfying crunch in every bite. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re definitely missing out. Bring your family and friends—this place will not disappoint!

I got a mulita, qesabirrira, and asada taco dinner plate and it came with consome, lemon, and guacamole. It had plenty of flavor. I recommend the mulita if you order by itself.

I am here for work for a few days. I saw this brew house with a local food truck. I was very impressed with the food vendor’s unique food preparations. They take pride in the quality of their perfectly seasoned variety of meats that they use in their meals. I highly recommend this food vendor.
