Birrieria El Compadre Food Truck

My husband stumbled upon Birrieria El Compadre Food Truck and wow — hands down the best birria in town! I ordered the birria torta and it was incredible — super flavorful, juicy, and perfectly put together. The cucumber lime drink was refreshing and the perfect pairing. My husband ordered the surf and turf quesadillas and they did not disappoint — stuffed with meat, well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, and seriously filling. He also tried the surf and turf grilled cheese, and it was next level — perfectly toasted bread with gooey, melty goodness inside and packed with meat. We love that you can customize it with whatever meat you’re craving. The sauces had just the right kick without overpowering the flavor. This is definitely our new favorite spot! 🌮🔥

I got the el compadre plate. Came with 3 quesobirria tacos with beans and rice. Came with red/green hot sauce and pickled onions. For $10 thats a good meal. Slap you in the face flavor and makes you go night night.

I initially just spotted the Compadres taco truck and decided to give it a shot… and I’m glad I did. The surf and turf quesadillas were absolutely loaded and packed with flavor. Perfectly cooked meat, great seasoning, crispy tortilla, and generous portions. And the grilled cheese? I went surf and turf on that too, and it was unreal. Golden and crispy on the outside, loaded and melty on the inside. The best part is they’ll add whatever meat you want. You can really build it how you like it. The birria torta was just as good. Juicy, flavorful, and messy in the best way. And those grilled onions, both styles with the jalapeños, took everything to another level. That heat and char make a difference. I came twice, once last Saturday and again today, and the guys already recognized me. Super
