The coffee sign caught my eye on a cool rainy day. I am VERY THANKFUL that it did. Dusty was so chipper and friendly with a wonderful warm and contagious smile. Hands down best customer service EVER! The food was the best I’ve had in a long time. 100% recommend!
Had the Alabama bird sandwich this was very good and had great crunch to it, I also found two loaves of bread, a white bread and a sourdough bread that was made here in the restaurant to take home and use as some sandwich bread later, looking forward to trying this!
Where do I start?! Honestly I didn’t have high expectations when I arrived here. It seemed more like a neighborhood spot that people frequented not particularly because it was good but because it was spacious, available, and easy to get to. Well I was wrong. While insider is spacious and cozy they are absolutely worth the visit for both locals and outsiders. I was very disappointed in the service I received this morning around 7:30 a.m. The female cashier was extremely distant and not pleasant at all. She seemed annoyed, and that kind of attitude first thing in the morning is very discouraging as a customer. The prices of the food are quite high (6.78 for a pastry), so I would expect the level of service to match the price point. When customers are paying premium prices, basic friendliness and professionalism should come with it. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as good service makes a big difference in the overall experience.
Tried this place for the first time. Ham and cheese croissant was HUGE. It was also super flaky and fluffy. Delicious. The chain latte was good as well. Can't wait to go back and try other things.
