To begin I was greeted by very friendly staff and received great customer service. The chicken sandwich is amazing, coming from someone who eats chicken sandwiches almost every day. It makes one of the top sandwiches Ive ever had. The chicken is very juicy and the exterior is nice and crunchy. The bread is soft and the onions add a great depth of flavor. The sauces are very yummy! The spicy one is a good level of spice. I really liked dipping the fries in the original sauce. The fries are the right ratio of crispy to potato. Overall a great experience. It's going to become my next regular chicken sandwich spot. Highly recommend you try it out! The food truck is located right outside the Walmart. You can't miss it. The food here is the real deal. Do not sleep on this place. This is the best fried chicken I have EVER had. The chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets are ridiculous. I feel like in my mind, it’s hard to think about a chicken sandwich or chicken nugget that really stands above the rest. Prior to this place, the only chicken sandwich I was impressed by was ironically a vegan place in LA called Montys good burger. Otherwise, all chicken sandwiches just tasted kinda the same to me (good! But the same). That does NOT apply to this place. Birdwich definitely comes out at the top as one of the best chicken sandwich eateries I have been to! The chicken thigh is very juicy, not dry at all, the apple cider onions were a fantastic topping and did not need anything else in the sandwhich, and the birdwich sauce was soooo good I wish it came in a bottle at the store for me to get. Unlike other chicken sandwiches, this did not taste oily at all and I didn't feel yucky after eating it. I even put the birdbites in the chicken sandwich and it was a great combo. Definitely don't miss out on how good it is!!

Stopped here after a Walmart run and it did not disappoint! The sandwich and nuggets were DELICIOUS - crispy outside but juicy inside. Spicy sauce was the perfect level of spice. Will definitely be going back
