Bird's Nest Cafe

We stopped in for breakfast over the holiday weekend, been trying to get in here forever, but it's always booked up. We got the biscuits and gravy, blueberry lemon griddle cakes, and the sweet potato waffles, wanting to try a little of everything. Not impressed. The griddle cakes were the best thing we had, but overall everything was bland, certainly not worth the price, or the wait - it took 45 minutes to get our food. The biscuits and gravy tasted like bacon grease flour, not like good bacon gravy, the waffles were HARD, with flavors that didn't really compliment each other. There's better places to go.

One of our favorite places in Indiana! Especially during October! You can’t beat the quaint atmosphere of this town and the uniqueness of this restaurant. We have brunched there many times, but just had our first dinner experience and it was absolutely fantastic! The vegetarian lasagna was better than mine (and that’s my #1 dish according to my husband). 🤣 highly recommended! Although the dinner menu is less expansive than the brunch, there is something for everyone and prices are unbelievably reasonable.

Wow this place is great. Make a reservation they are a must do place in nashville indiana! Had breakfast at The Bird’s Nest Café in Nashville, Indiana, and it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious — we tried the French toast, waffles, and a few other breakfast favorites, and everything came out fresh and full of flavor. The drinks totally rocked — the mimosa was the perfect start to the morning, and the blueberry latte was next-level good. 💙☕️ Such a cute spot with a great vibe and friendly staff. If you’re in Nashville, this is definitely the place to start your day!

Amazing resturant. Food was delicious and filling. Lots of drink options. There is a beautiful outdoor seating area. I absolutely cannot stress how delicious the food was. It was heavy for summer but so delicious. Enjoyed the seating and the dining experience.

Always a favorite for breakfast and brunch. This time we went for dinner and were very very pleased! Paul the chef has some amazing choices that are well crafted and the portions were generous. We had the Lemon Dill Salmon and the Pot Roast. We are quickly making Bird's Nest a favorite for dinner too!
