Birdcage

This place is beautiful. From the time we walked in to the time we sadly had to leave it was an incredible experience. Our server Austin was on top of every dish and specialty items featured on the menu. Everything he suggested or recommended was filled with flavor and made you second guess why you didn't come in sooner. I threw my fork twice because the food was THAT good. If you're ever in the area or not, its definitely worth the drive!

Good spot. Was going to Agave but it was packed. The name Birdcage made me think there’s a lot of chicken options so I didn’t want to go but after viewing the menu and seeing the reviews, I thought it was worth it to stop in. They have a great amount of vegan friendly items that were all delicious and exciting to try. Not much staff was working tonight, the few people working today were really doing a great job. Dino Rib is big enough for 2 people/DELICIOUS/ fatty but I know how to eat it and make soup from the fat. Cookie great and cake is tasty-maybe not $9 big but it’s decadent. The squash appetizer dish was the only dish I could have not gotten. It was tasty but it’s butternut squash so it’s just not as fun but it was appreciated and most restaurants don’t serve this. Popped into Birdcage early Friday for lunch & grabbed a seat at the bar. The food was fantastic & MISSY was wonderful - her recommendations (including the Shining Starina, their take on an espresso martini) were spot on. The jalapeño poppers and sweet potato bravas made for standout starters. The adobo chicken is a must-try …perfectly spiced, tender, & balanced beautifully with the sauces & pickled onions. The Southwest kale salad was the ideal pairing. We finished with the coconut custard pie …thick, rich, & just sweet enough, like something straight from grandma’s kitchen. Hats off to the chef for not only the food but also the dope playlist! We’ll definitely be back.

This place was a nice treat. 1 . Presentation of the food was very pretty to the eye. They pay good attention to the detail. I like all the bright colored plates! 2. Service was impeccable. Our server was extremely good - above and beyond. I don’t recall his name. His manners were wonderful, he checked on us just the right amount of time and ensured we were pleased with all items. 3. Food was tasty. My favorite was the sweet potato appetizer dish. The chicken was good but I prefer it off the bone - which is actually why I’m just now coming here, as I like boneless breast. They have interesting selection of cocktails. 4. Decorated well inside. It does get a bit loud Definitely worth checking out! I’d come again and try some other items - and get the sweet potatoes every time !

Birdcage is a wonderful dining experience! I first ate food from Birdcage through a catered event. The menu has many different dishes I want to return and try. Gemma was a fantastic server!
