Bing Bistro

This was our very first time at Bing Bistro, and WOW, this place instantly became one of our new favorites! The food is out-of-this-world good, but what really made our visit special was our server. He was a young man (we didn’t get his name), but he was genuinely one of the best servers we’ve ever had. We had no idea what to order, and he guided us through the entire menu with the BEST recommendations. We ended up getting the spicy cucumber salad, the wontons, the signature beef noodle soup, the Shanxi chili oil noodle, and the spicy Dan Dan noodle. Every single dish was incredible. This place is absolutely delicious! I came in here one day after seeing the photos and I was not disappointed! Since then, I’ve come in 3 times, ordered delivery twice and visited their sister location in Gilbert twice. It is safe to say I am addicted to this place! Come here and you will not be disappointed. The beef chow fun is an absolute must. The chow mein is delicious and the Mongolian beef is also a crowd pleaser. 12/10!

Food was excellent and the service was friendly. My only suggestion would be to clearly mention that a service fee is automatically added for parties of six or more. At the point of sale, the system asks if you’d like to leave a tip, which could be confusing if customers aren’t aware a service fee has already been included. Transparency with customers is important. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely come back.

authentic chinese cuisine with amazing hand pulled noodles & other varieties!dishes arrived quickly, fresh, and piping hot. as a group of 14, the restaurant was able to seat us all together & the kitchen was able to accommodate for requests such as no spice & less salt

Service was slow - I ended up just grabbing my own pitcher of water and serving myself. I also went back and got myself extra napkins. The food was pretty mid - there wasn't a depth of flavor in any of the dumplings or sauce. Slightly overpriced. Was not a fan of their noodles.
