I had an amazing experience at Bindaas. From the moment we walked in, Chef Ajay made us feel incredibly welcome—truly a gem of a person who adds a personal touch to the whole dining experience. The food was absolutely mouthwatering—every single dish we tried was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. You can tell there’s real passion behind the cooking. And a special shoutout to the fries—they were perfectly crispy and just addictive! Overall, everything was delicious, and the warm hospitality made it even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to and highly recommend.

Went there for a quick bite because I had been craving for a good ol’ kaathi roll which is quite a task to get in DC/VA. Ordered the chicken puff and the lamb roast kaathi roll and both were delicious. Honestly, the chicken puff was just great— the puff was flaky and the chicken stuffing was just seasoned right. (Also, not sure, but I think the puff pastry had ghee maybe in it which made it really amazing). But, I loved it!! The lamb roast kaathi roll is good and is as close to being authentic kaathi roll for DC. Taste was great for both.

Glad we chose this place for our afternoon meal. Ordered Masala Chai, Chicken Kathi Roll, Paneer Biryani, Samosa. Good Ambience, excellent food taste. Chef Ajay has pleasant personality and we enjoyed the conversations.

It was my 1st visit and I really enjoyed the food. Chef Ajay was personally paying attention to our needs and was very approachable. People who are Indian vegetarians or who eat vegan, they must try their vegan bowl. It's wholesome and gives home comfort food feel. Even the burger (vada pav) is super good! Will highly recommend it !!
