Billy Sims BBQ

Long hair found in brisket… literally pulled it out my mouth stringy like a spaghetti noodle i thought it was me until i went looking for what i knew it was in my mouth - I have a curly texture even put that hair in the toilet of water and it stayed straight… just disgusting- wear hair nets and dont play in your hair

The Heisman sandwich was piled high and super tasty. Also had a half rack of ribs with potato salad and bean. All VERY GOOD. Definitely would recommend it to anyone. The service was fast and friendly!

Food is delicious and service is speedy and efficient. The decor reflects Billy Simms in many ways. There is also some Pro-OU Decorations, so I would not recommend for an UT fans but it is still delicious.

The service was excellent! The food was amazing, I had their turkey sandwich and it was delicious! Also, the cashier named peyton took my order very kindly and was super sweet.

For the most part, I do really like Billy Sims barbecue despite that whole connection to OU. I do like the Heisman sandwich with either pulled pork or chopped brisket with sausage and bologna. Macaroni is also delicious. Overall food was great. Service wasn’t bad but not good either. It’s like they had several people that knew their job but not how to work together. One customer came back 3 times for missed items while our food just sat there and didn’t get moved along.
