Do yourself a favor and try these burgs out! Best burgers in town. Patty's have such a good charcoal flavor to them. Battered fries are the best kind of fries and of course they serve them here. Onion rings are good and cleanly fried.

If you want an amazing charcoal burger you've come to the right place. I got there right after it opened on a Sunday and it wasn't busy yet. We had the California Burger and the double cheeseburger. They came out looking delicious and tasted amazing! They give you the hamburger dressings on the side in a little plastic bag, which I think is clever. That way you can choose what else you would like. I will definitely be going out of my way to visit again.

Had really good reviews, which made us rethink, even though the location might not be where we would normally go, we wanted to try it out. If you like a burger, this is a good place. Fries were coated but you could tell they weren't fresh cut. Not sure that we'd be back but it is clean, the edges of the tables and the chairs were pretty sticky but the tops were clean and the fellow customers were friendly. The pictures shows California burger which is a hamburger patty, link, bacon, avacado and cheese. Lettuce, pickle, tomato and onion were on the side in a baggie. There were two ketchup, a mustard and napkins another. I am all up for some good crispy bacon but the was mostly fat and was not appealing at all. We ate about half our burgers.

We used Bill's Charcoal Grill for our wedding and it was phenomenal! They had very reasonable pricing, on par with with other caterers while providing much more service. The food was delicious and we had a lot of compliments on it. We had Chicken Rosa, Shrimp Carbonara, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, salad and rolls. Their team provided plates and silverware and bread baskets. They cleared our tables for both salad and dinner courses and cut our cake. Cinthia the catering manager provided us a hefty sample of food for our tasting and was very communicative via phone call when we had questions and were confirming details. I have to admit at first I was skeptical. But wow were these good burgers! I went last night and got the chili cheese burger and it was amazing! Service was great staff was friendly. We will definitely be back :)
