BILLFISH Grill & Bar

Popped in for a late dinner during our beach trip last May. Food was delicious, although the bill was very pricy. 100% our fault for not asking the price of the specials when ordering, although the server didn't share...we figured they'd be similar to menu items, not $45 and $80! Live and learn! We enjoyed regardless. Painkillers were yummy! Restaurant interior could have used a bit of updating to align with the pricepoint.

Absolutely delicious food. We had grilled shrimp, calamari, and mozzarella sticks for appetizers and they were all yummy. My husband ordered the Mahi Florentine and oh my gosh, it was AMAZING! My son had the burger and it was so juicy. I had the golden grouper and it was yummy and came with fries and hush puppies. We will definitely be back!

While on vacation, we made a reservation at Billfish. This was our first time eating here, and they made a good impression on us. We were seated upstairs. The restaurant was clean, there was live music and our waitress was very attentive. The food was amazing!! My son was so excited that the soft shell crab sandwich came with two crabs!

Great food and good customer service! They were very accommodating to our baby’s needs to include giving us a table with ample room for her stroller and even lowering the music level so she could nap. My only complaint would be the pricing was a bit high and the atmosphere could’ve been a little better, but we will definitely return when we come back to Emerald Isle next!

The tea wasn’t fit to drink it was cloudy and not enough ice in it. The fries were cold when they arrived Cold slaw came in condiment container 3 hushpuppies No popcorn, shrimp only large shrimp Scallops not very good You need to have a red sticker or a golf cart to park in the majority of the parking lot. I ordered the mahi bites at $19 and I think that it was about five So I would NOT recommend this place. My first and last time 3.9% charge on credit cards
