Bill Miller BBQ

Friendly staff and quick service. Fries were good. Out of ketchup. BBQ sauce was not good. Brisket was very fatty and burnt on the edges. Chicken plain. Sausage okay. Veggies plain.

1st time eating here. I checked the reviews and decided to give it a try. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The portions were a nice size and everything tasted good. The brisket was tender and the sides were super tasty. Loved the green beans. Good recommendation by the young lady that took the order. Definitely would stop in again if in the area.

Stopped here on the way back to Livingston TX. Good food and large servings! I ordered 6 chicken wings thinking I would get the standard small wingettes . . . but no! They included some small part of the breast meat as well. These suckers were huge! But delicious! Good food, great service!

Bill Miller is GREAT for a sit down meal or just grabbing a quick taco like I did this morning! The food is always fresh and the customer service is outstanding!

Any time I’m in San Antonio, I make it a point to stop at Bill Miller Bar-B-Q, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The place is consistently busy, which says a lot, and the BBQ has always been reliable and satisfying. The staff is typically friendly and attentive, even when they’re clearly handling a large crowd specifically the one off I-10 in Sequin. I gave four stars only because they often seem swamped, which can make the dining area a little messy at times. I’ve also had BBQ in other places that I would rank slightly higher, but Bill Miller’s is still solid and dependable, which is exactly what you expect from a high-volume restaurant. One thing they do exceptionally well is keeping the line moving. Even when it’s packed, I’m usually in and out quickly, which is important since most
