Bill Knapp's Bakery Outlet

By far the nicest people. Mentioned their donuts and they offered us 8 samples of their newest product, full size donuts. Needless to say…we didn’t get out of the parking lot and we were down four. These were by far the best donuts we had. They informed us they will be stocked in most Kroger and other supermarkets in the area. NO, I don’t work for them nor do I work at Kroger’s nor am I related to them in anyway. I will, however, share that I am their newest full-size donut fan.

As an international traveler and long-time donut lover, I can confidently say Bill Knapp's serves some of the best donuts I've ever had. They are incredibly soft, packed with flavor, and — best of all — not overly sweet! The staff was also super friendly. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first tried the Bill Knapp’s chocolate donut but OMG was it good! I’m kind of a bakery snob too. The cake donut was firm, nice taste, the frosting was delicious and also firm with nice consistency and not overly sweet. I’ll be back! Service was lovely.

My first job as a server was in a Bill Knapps restaurant when I was 17 years old. I loved the place. Sort of a slightly upscale Dennys, but the food was really good. Strangely, what I miss the most is their patty melt. They used some sort of multigrain bread that I haven't been able to duplicate. I was sort of hoping they sold it in this remaining bakery. This was more than 40 years ago. Their chocolate cake is awesome, but at least I can still get that in some other stores (or online thru their bakery).

Best donuts for miles around. Definitely worth the time invested. Celebration cakes are a tradition that is enjoyed every time also. Love, Love, Love good food.
