BIGGBY COFFEE

There are many reasons why this place merits a 5 star review. First the curiosity of it all as this was an old bank where it’s interesting to see the old vault still there as part of its draw and charm. Service is very warm, you are greeted with a smile and patience as you figure what to order. I was recommended the iced smores drink. It was delicious! I also ordered the mini sliders of pretzel bread (comes in a pair) which you can get with either ham or turkey; I chose the former. It was served hot fresh from the toaster oven. They have daily specials and coupons and a rewards program to get a free drink after purchase of 12 at regular price. Will definitely come back for their other offerings.

I drive 15 minutes away JUST to go here. I love the coffee so much. Best coffee spot in this area. So many options and the coffee is rich and balanced. Sugar levels arent overwhelming and I can still enjoy the coffee taste. Service is always great especially the afternoon crew. Its quiet and calm when I ussually go around 12-3pm. The food isnt the best, and a bit over priced, but I dont really come here to eat. I prefer supporting small businesses and am a frequent flyer of Angie's Bakery and Project Seed. Also, tons of coffee places outside of VB. So take my advice: get some Biggby's coffee!!

The service is always super friendly at this location, but I wanted to especially point out the wonderful experience I had this morning. I ordered mobile pickup at the drive thru from the app. I ordered a cappuccino, iced latte and 2 bagels. I didn't realize there was an issue in the app until I was at the drive thru. The cappuccino never went through after I paid, it showed "product not found" in the confirmation receipt. But without hesitation, the kind drive thru associate said the barista can make me one. The barista wanted to ensure my customizations were to a high standard, so she ended up remaking the cappuccino because the original was too heavy. I am SO grateful for the experience I had with the associates on duty this morning and just wanted to show my appreciation to them. Shout

I just had the MOST amazing experience with the man working at the register, I believe that his name was Ronan. He gave me an amazing suggestion which was the scuba blast, it was AMAZING. If I could have the same person working at the register all the time I would come back until my pockets were empty.

This little shop is located in an old bank! Which adds to the hype! They use Monin flavoring and have a HUGE list of lattes. The service was amazing and it was a great atmosphere. Friendly, quick and the drinks taste amazing! We will definitely be back for more!!
