Love this place I always get an iced matcha and they make it perfectly!!
Bagel sandwiches and blended coffee drinks are the perfect combo!!! Never disappointed
I got a drink today, probably about 20-30 minutes ago and whenever i go to this location the staff are always so friendly and kind! One of the Baristas Hannah, always makes designs on top of the cold foam! Today i got a flower! How cool is that?! I love this biggby, and the creative staff! Thank you!!
The coffee was excellent, and the girls on the staff were very kind.
Drive-through line was pretty long, but that’s expected around 8 AM. However, my drinks were smaller than what I ordered. I got 20 ounces instead of 24 ounces. My sandwich was also not cooked! I ordered a ham and cheese bagel and my sandwich was not even warm. Not even melted, and lunch meat was not warm at all. I am pregnant, so I cannot have lunch meat unless it’s cooked so I was unable to even eat my food. Was not offered a receipt either. Service was friendly but could hear the employees complaining about other customers. Definitely will think again before stopping at this location…
