Biggby Coffee of Wickliffe

I ordered the honey, vanilla & cinnamon frozen latte. It was very good and nice and strong which I like. Staff was very friendly and the inside was very clean. My only complaint is that it was $6.19 for a small which is a bit much in my opinion. Overall though I would definitely go back.

Excellent customer service, friendly. Hot consistent tasty food options. Airy clean and inviting spacious coffee house. Ordered morning blend cold tea, turkey-bacon-cheddar Asiago bagel sandwich Nutty squirrel Carmel mocha hazelnut latte frozen and an egg-sausage and cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel. 🥯

Finally stopped in and tried out a biggby coffee. Very similar to Dunkin’s taste wise. Which is a good thing. Definitely will be back to try out there bagels. Staff seemed friendly

Very nice place. Staff was friendly. Not impressed by drinks. I ordered a salted mocha caramel creme freeze. It taste like blended chocolate milk. I taste no mocha. Also didnt get the whipcream on top. They said they ran out of lids😒. My husband got espresso and it was cold. To the reply to owners response: interesting...well everything was specified via your app. Sorry as a new customer we weren't aware of specific details in order to receive the order we thought we would be getting by what we picked on the app. Good to know for next person. 🙂
