Biggby Coffee of Dowagiac

Quick service, friendly staff, perfect quality drinks and food. One of the best Biggby locations I've ever been too and it's tucked away in Dowagiac.

It took me 20 minutes to get a black coffee. They have 0 ability to prioritize orders. This most recent visit I just left after the 20 minute mark.

So slowwwww I waited almost 20 min in the drive through just for a coffee. There were 3 cars in front of me and I watched what they got and it was pretty simple 1-2 coffees and a sandwich. Coffee was warm when I got it and tasted burnt.

Very bummed. I told everyone to go to this Biggby because it was the best one around, but now they are refusing my corporate Biggby Bogo coupons (locations weren’t listed on the coupon), and refused to even try to scan them into the system because they knew it would work. I’m very disappointed, and won’t be advertising them any more due to the lack of information on coupons.

Best staff and my drink is always made how I like it!
