BIGGBY COFFEE

Filthy dirty nasty. I had to get my drink remade twice and it still wasn’t good. Full of coffee grounds, 3 ice cubes. When I went in after the 1st remake the coffee shop was filthy. Coffee grounds everywhere, old receipts on the ground. It was honestly the worst biggby I’ve ever been in. I know they don’t care it’s no lose to them but I won’t be giving my money to this location anymore. I’ll choose 7Brew across the street or Starbucks.

This location is great! The staff is friendly and have great energy. This location is clean and has a nice vibe to it. They have a good selection and have specialty drinks. They offer frozen, hot, and iced options. They also have a small selection of baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. The coffee shop also has a small merchandise selection of travel mugs, etc. They also have a nice seating area for those who want to just have a coffee and hang out. The best part is free shot Friday!

Slow service, mediocre drink, and yet the same price as Starbucks charges for the exact same thing. Staff was nice, but that's where the positives end. Not worth it, at all.

Great location, free shot friday is great. Location looks great in and out. Employees: well kept, friendly, and curious. Overall a consistent and enjoyable experience.

This is the 3rd time this location specifically has shafted me on the already over priced coffee. To call the store and complain is not an option and the phone rings and rings and then disconnects. Starbucks is 🤏🏻 close to getting all my business forever. Why? I need answers as how this is acceptable.
