BIGGBY COFFEE

I love Biggby however, our visit here was a bit disappointing. We ordered two specialty iced coffees and they both tasted like watered down bitter grounds. Almost as if the grounds were brewed a second time. (How do I know what that taste like... well, one time I tried this method at home, when money was tight and I was trying to be cheap). And it probably didn't help that there were actually grounds in our drinks.

After not being able to eat at BaileyTown Burger, I came to this establishment. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. It would have been good if it wasn’t cooked in a microwave. Also, on top of that, the red hair girl was not wearing gloves making my bagel! I got a Teddy Bear latte, and it tasted burnt, and there were coffee grounds all in the bottom of it. It was not a nice surprise when I sipped it through my straw. Quite disgusting of a place. I saw the flies everywhere I looked.

Love this location. To start, the staff is incredibly kind and always make great drinks. Emma recommended the avalanche sweet foam cold brew, and it's been my go-to ever since, so thanks Emma. They also do daily specials, and this seems to be unique to this location, so be sure to take advantage of the BOGO wednesday drinks or the free shot friday specials, these are awesome. Great place to do homework. Free wifi and it's really quiet in the evenings.

Since day 1 this location has been THE best. I get something from this Biggby location about every week. The service is impeccable, and they make all their products with love and care. They make the types of drinks and food that make you close your eyes and tilt your head back to enjoy it. I love the customer service and how they always remember my [never changing] order. Service is fast, food is fresh, the staff are kind and alert. Thank you for your care ♥️
