BIGGBY COFFEE

The last few times I had gone to this location my order got messed up. This time was absolutely perfect. JJ and Zoe r now my new best friends for hooking me up with exactly what I asked for. And Zoe worked literal magic when creating it and making it look absolutely amazing.

Biggby has always been my favorite because of the selection of teas and other beverages (not a coffee drinker). Tried a new location and am quite disappointed. The cinnamon tea latte was more like a beige milk drink hardly any cinnamon taste at all. The barista asked me if it was with water or milk. Isn't a latte an indication that I want milk? Usually when I order a 20oz they use 2 tea bags; this one did not. I ordered another beverage and clearly said with whipped cream and they did not put any on. The gal was a bit rude when she said 'just so you know this doesn't come with whipped cream we have to add it'. Okay then, I ordered it with whipped cream so please add it. Stopped in this morning for a salted caramel cold brew and and everything bagel. JJ made my order and was one of the friendliness workers Ive had. We talked about the wonderful art work drawn by staff members. Absolutely loved seeing it all. A great conversation starter! Will be back and I hope to see some more art!

I went to the Biggby off of Elmwood right by Meijer on the west side of town. Lucy is an amazing barista! She goes out of her way to take care of you and to get you exactly what you are wanting. I will drive out of my way to go to that Biggby to see her
