BIGGBY COFFEE

got a coffee, a bragel (sausage and honey) and donut holes. the only thing wrong with the order was the bragel. i got sausage and cream cheese instead. as someone who hates cream cheese, that was an unpleasant surprise

Just got my coffee and the drink has a decent amount missing, I took a sip assuming it would be cooled off after a 6min drive home. My coffee is very burnt, has no flavor, and looks like someone spilled a good amount. Very disappointed.

I normally order just a plain redbull with boba popping bubbles in it. the worker i had to talk with took over 4 minutes to “find it” on the menu, then proceeded to select the drink i wasn’t even asking for and charged me $8 for a drink normally $4.65. i didn’t have time to deal with her mistakes and needed to leave so i didn’t have time to try have her figure out how to give me my money back. thank goodness it was on a gift card so i am not as mad, but i don’t recommend this location due to terrible service and overcharging and not listening to person in front of them. They don’t train their workers properly because this is not the first time this has happened to me.

I work close so I come alot in the morning and this is my favorite biggby I've been to in Michigan- and I've been too alot of them. They take the time to remember my name, it's always fast service, food is always excellent when I get it and the atmosphere though it may be small is not lacking! Shoutout to Karla/Carla for being so welcoming from day one!!
