BIGGBY COFFEE

So the owner thought it was a good idea to go to a drive through only operation. People have been coming in here for years and enjoy the staff and the sitting area. Now, the personality is gone, the drive through is lousy, the waits are longer, and the experience sucks. Love the staff. Whats left of them

Asked for a sugar free mocha Carmel cold brew light flavor because I have gestational diabetes there was so much flavor in it and was not sugar free mind you. Spiked my blood sugar so bad to the point I almost passed out. Need to do better and listen better before you kill someone. (Also why your supposed to repeat the order back at speaker and at the window)

I come here everyday for a coffee for myself and my wife. We love there coffee's. We love there friendliness. We also love there coupons We get from Krogers and from the mail for free coffee's. There reward system is great 👍 too. They always get me rite in and out. They see me in the parking lot and they already know what I want and they start making my order. Lol. The coffee is always so hotttt and taste so great. Way better than those other big box chain stores. They make my drink perfect everytime and the young people parking there are so nice amd kind. Great place to get that pick me up drink first thing in the morning to get your day going. It's the only place I go to get my daily coffee ☕️ fix. Early in the morning there is no line at all but later after 9 they have a bit of a rush

Disappointed again 2nd time trying and for the 2nd time no vitamin D Whole milk. I like creamy latte not watery milk latte. Will try one more time before I decide to no longer come back

I have been coming here every so often for about two years now! The employees are typically hard working and friendly not only towards the customers, but toward each other as well. I work nearby, and even outside of the building they have been very sweet to me. My coffees, teas, and food have always met my expectations. Thank you for being so wonderful! My go to drink is a 16 fl oz mocha mocha over ice if you like a bold flavor!
