BIGGBY COFFEE

Bigby Coffee is easily one of the best coffee spots I’ve ever been to. I ordered the strawberry matcha, and it was absolutely amazing—way better than the one at Starbucks! If I could, I’d seriously go there every single day. Their bagels and brownies? So good. Like, really good—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The customer service is also top-notch. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere at Biggby is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Overall, it's a 5-star experience through and through. Highly recommend!✨️✨️

Went through the drive through, I really liked my kicking raspberry mocktail!!! It was so good with the pearls. I was not expecting those. The pumpkin spice coffee was so good too! I wanna come back and try the food next. It looked really good. Friendly fast service.

1/21@ 230pm. Stopped at Biggby Coffee in East Dundee, after hearing so many great things about their coffee and drinks. I should of asked for the barista's name. She was very friendly and helpful! Great specialty drink! Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!

Unless you have 10-15 minutes to spare I would not bother going through the drive thru. If there’s 2-3 cars in front of you expect to wait 20+ minutes in line. I thought this was just an issue when they first opened up but it’s March and I’ve encountered the same issue multiple times. Food and drinks are good but not worth the wait.

Been here twice. Had a lovely experience both times. Coffee prices are competitive. Very good flavor as well! Received my order fairly quickly considering the employees there are new, as this establishment is also new as of the time of this writing. There is indoor seating and restrooms for paying customers. The place is kept clean and smells great! The owners are also very nice. The lady gave my daughter a small cup of flavored milk and 2 balloons. Very friendly staff. Menu is simple but plentiful.
