BIGGBY COFFEE

I did a review about a year or maybe two years ago, and I gave it one star. I take it back, everything has improved greatly and now it’s the BEST Biggby I’ve been to. Amazing customer service everyone is always so nice and my drinks are always right!

This location always provides great, friendly service! They are quick, don’t rush you to order, and are happy to make your drink according to how you want it. Love stopping here!

They always get our drinks right, they take the “fundraiser coupons” you get in the booklets from the kids school stuff. Tammy helped me figure out a kids drink for my daughter and was very friendly!

I’ve been to this biggby about 4 times every time my drink is disgusting and I order off the menu so it’s not like it’s a hard drink to make. I’ve worked for a biggby before so I’m aware how all the drinks there are supposed to taste. Worst biggby I’ve ever been to. Wait is always about 15-20 minutes too.

(6/24) girl taking orders was so annoyed with me because i couldn’t hear her. was just rude in general i came here at like 11:30 today. they forgot our straws and knife for the bagel and we had to walk up to window and waited forever for them to give us the things they forgot.
