Biggby Coffee deserves major credit for staying open during the 2026 snowstorm. It was such a comfort to grab a hot coffee and a bagel sandwich when the whole city felt frozen. The team was welcoming, fast, and doing it with a great attitude. Thank you for showing up for the community!

I’m here in Memphis visiting family from out of town, and my sister said she knew some excellent local coffee I’d love. She was right! I ordered (I think? it was called??) “Island Bear” with +1 extra shot of espresso. Medium size. It was amaaazzzzinnnng!!! The main ingredients were caramel, coconut, and I forgot what else lol. We did drive-thru. So it was a quick decision, but I feel confident I probably would’ve liked any random thing I picked. Service was also polite & prices seemed reasonable compared to quality & amounts.

Such a cozy and welcoming spot! Biggby Coffee in Cordova is a perfect place to relax or get some work done. Loved the cappuccino and those tasty donut holes — definitely coming back!

Tried this place for the first time. Terrible tasting espresso based drinks and rude service upon requesting a refund. The expresso based drinks are: 1. Overpriced by $1.00. 2. I understand locals who have never been around the world rave about this coffee, however, it's flawed. Their roast was one of the worst we ever tasted, and did not pair well with expresso based drinks. A dark roast properly prepared (not bitter) delivers a bold flavor that balances the sweetness of chocolate or caramel drinks. Based on what was served, it's simply undrinkable. Not for us. Next, upon requesting a refund, the lady at the drive thru was rude and attempted to lecture me, which was not acceptable. Place is not for us.
